To ensure a smooth experience, we require a $50 booking deposit, applied to your treatment and transferable for rescheduled appointments. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, but bookings will be canceled beyond this time.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance convert the deposit into a voucher, while rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows are charged the full service fee without exceptions. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment.
Shea butter is used in my hair treatments. Just a dab of it to help soften dry hair.
